Sourcing & Recruitment: Definition of needs, writing job ads. Active sourcing on platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) and channels of CVs + responses. Selection through phone interviews. Administering tests in support of consultants and summarizing the results. 2. Management & HR: Management of the life cycle of work permits, including applications for permits B, G, L to the HR department, as well as managing client files and job postings.Experience: 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in a recruitment agency as sourcing, HR specialist in Switzerland, or HR assistant.
