Due to the growth of our activity, we wish to strengthen our Human Resources department and are looking for a: HR Specialist at 70%. As an HR Specialist, you will work closely with the HR Manager and in tandem with another HR Specialist in place. You will manage part of the staff, with the two managers. Your tasks will include: Co-managing the recruitment process from A to Z for about 80 recruitments per year (70% of the position). Ensuring part of the follow-up of the employee life cycle, correspondence, work contracts, time management, and support for any questions related to HR projects. Your profile and skills: Federal diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years minimum in recruitment (at least 40 recruitments per year). Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously and autonomously. Excellent skills in rigor and precision. Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Excellent writing skills and mastery of office tools. We offer: Five weeks of vacation per year and six weeks from age 50.
