As an HR Specialist, you will contribute to HR, support payroll processes, assist in recruiting, and participate in several initiatives; in this role, you will be directly integrated into the People & Culture department of SPIE MTS SA and will work closely with the equivalent functions of the group in Switzerland, as well as with SPIE Schweiz AG. Your HR responsibilities: You manage X autonomously, ensuring compliance with processes and the quality of HR data throughout the employee life cycle; you participate in the payroll process and support the Payroll Specialist. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: you manage some recruitments from defining needs to ensuring a good experience. Training and development: you assist in budget monitoring, manage plans, and implement solutions to develop skills. HR projects & continuous improvement: you contribute to transversal projects such as employer branding, process improvements. Versatility: as a member of a small team, you also perform essential recurring tasks. Your profile: You have very good experience in a similar role and bring extensive expertise in the field of human resources. You possess very good knowledge of social insurance, Swiss labor law, and have confirmed experience in payroll management (control). Previous experience in recruitment is a plus. You are distinguished by your rigor, sense of confidentiality, a high degree of autonomy, and a true team spirit. With your structured working method, you easily manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are comfortable with systems and digital tools and have very good Excel skills. You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written. You also have very good knowledge of German or English. Ideally, you live in the Lausanne-Geneva corridor and are willing to work at both sites (Bussigny and others).
