HR Sector ManagerYour missionThe Human Resources Department (HRD) of the Department of Social Cohesion (DSC) plays an essential role in the deployment of human resources policy at the level of offices and services. Providing advice and expertise to management as well as staff, its mission is to develop practices with a view to developing the skills of functions and the potential of each individual, in a healthy work environment, and to participate in the promotion of a public service adapted to needs. In a concern for coherence, efficiency, and visibility, the DSC has also equipped itself with a program. This program is characterized in particular by targeted actions which aim to respond concretely to the needs and expectations of teams and to provide the essential tools for the multiple challenges arising from societal, technological, and organizational developments. In this context and as an HR Manager, you represent a privileged partner in the implementation of HR policy and the daily promotion of the values and principles of our culture. Working in a network with members of the HRD team, the general secretariat, various partners of the personnel office, and managers, you provide support and know-how in management and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions as well as the continuous improvement of processes. Specifically and in the service of a workforce of approximately 200 to 300 employees:- you advise managers on all HR aspects that mark the life cycle of staff members, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach;- you ensure the compliance of practices with legislation in force and internal rules;- you respond to the needs of staff members in terms of difficulties they encounter in their work environment;- you ensure the monitoring and management of absence files, respecting the steps while guaranteeing the rights of staff members;- you share your expertise in recruitment and are a driving force for proposing means favoring the attraction of profiles.Through your posture and your actions, you contribute to the deployment of the axes of DEMAIN. In addition, you actively collaborate on the various actions intended to bring it to life on a daily basis.Your profileYou hold a degree at the Bachelor level and benefit from an HR Certificate and/or a CAS/DAS in the field;You also have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function. Organized in your work, you quickly identify priorities. Endowed with fine analytical skills, you know how to translate theoretical concepts into concrete actions. At ease in human relations, you cultivate clear and benevolent communication.
