## Description du poste ##

* Lead and contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) tasks associated with the execution of all HR processes and programs integral to our strategic objectives.
* Coordinate and lead project/program teams as needed, ensuring the excellence of outcomes through consistent meetings, data analysis, and performance dashboards.
* Generate and disseminate detailed reports to both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress and accomplishments of strategic HR initiatives.



HR Data Reporting and Communication



* Craft and present regular updates on the HR portfolio to the HR Management Team, ensuring alignment with our commitments and budgetary constraints.
* Assist in the creation of essential documents for governance meetings requiring HR insights, under the guidance of the designated Specialist.
* Facilitate the preparation of materials for interdepartmental meetings, including those at the leadership level.
* Serve as the primary or supporting contact for external requests related to employee data, including mission-related inquiries.
* Develop comprehensive reports on program milestones, challenges, and solutions across HR projects.
* Execute and present HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, analyzing data to inform insights, conclusions, and recommendations to the HR leadership and wider department.



Change Management



* Aid in the design of program plans in collaboration with project leaders, supporting projects across HR teams as necessary.
* Facilitate change management activities alongside the HR leadership and department to ensure smooth adoption of new practices.
* Direct and monitor the implementation of program adjustments and interventions to secure desired outcomes.
* Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives through reviews, analyses, and solution-driven sprints.
* Implement a uniform approach to change management, providing advisory support and maintaining a comprehensive overview of ongoing change initiatives.
* Craft and maintain an integrated HR organizational/communication schedule in partnership with the HR and Communications Departments, alongside other key stakeholders.

## Description du profil ##

* **Educational Background**: Possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
* **Professional Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in roles focused on project management, change management, financial analysis, data analytics, or strategy consulting.
* **Project Management Expertise**: Demonstrated understanding of the theoretical and practical dimensions of project and program management, including familiarity with standard methodologies, techniques, and tools.
* **Analytical Proficiency**: Exceptional skills in data management and analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel and related software, enabling insightful data interpretation and decision-making support.
