Located in a privileged environment, the Pays-d'Enhaut is renowned for the quality of its living environment and offers a very wide range of sports, leisure, and cultural activities to enjoy in both summer and winter!For its Human Resources Department, the Pôle Santé du Pays-d'Enhaut is looking for a fixed-term contract of 1 year for a:HR Project Manager and Administrator - Fixed-term contractYour mission:HR Project Manager:- Drafting, updating, and implementing internal policies (recruitment, salaries, etc.)- Support for the implementation of a new HRIS- Full management of the onboarding of new employees- Optimization of HR processesAdministrator:- Tasks related to the entire employee life cycle- Support for payroll and social insurance management- Drafting of various work documents, correspondence, and ensuring HR file complianceYour profile:- Basic training completed by the Federal Diploma of HR Administrator (formerly Personnel Management Assistant)- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an HR role in Switzerland- Very good command of common tools (MS-Office).
