Job Description To complete our team in Western Switzerland, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist. Full payroll processing (fixed staff and controls), monthly and annual declarations: accident insurance, APG, as well as AVS, LPP, LAA calculations and monitoring of projects aimed at optimizing payroll management. Track absences, illnesses, accidents, and vacations. Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and social insurance. Ensure the updating of personnel files and data in the ERP. Prepare data for internal audits and employee orientation. Requirements: - Commercial employee diploma or equivalent. - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. - Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurance. - Very good command of ERP and office tools, as well as messaging. - Familiarity with SwissSalary software is a real plus. - Strong writing skills in French; proficiency in German is an advantage. - Rigorous, precise, and reliable; respect for deadlines. - Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality. - Analytical mindset and continuous improvement of processes. - Ability to collaborate effectively with additional stakeholders.
