Job description To complete our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist. Full payroll processing for 780 monthly employees (permanent staff) and monthly audits, and (accident allowances, APG, annual reviews, AVS, LPP, LAA settlements and monitoring of projects aimed at optimizing payroll management). Monitor absences, illnesses, accidents, and leaves. Respond to inquiries regarding payroll and social security. Ensure the update of personnel files and data in the ERP. Prepare data for internal audits and employee records. Profile Commercial employee or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of Swiss social security. Very good command of tools (ERP, office software, messaging). Knowledge of SwissSalary software is a real advantage. Strong writing skills in French.
