We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a company based in Basel, looking for an experienced HR Analyst to support their HR position focuses on Time & Attendance (T&A) and Absence Management, combining HR expertise, system management, and Swiss compliance.Basel, Switzerland | Full-time (42h/week) | 12-month contractHR AnalystYour ResponsibilitiesTime & Attendance Management- Prepare and maintain monthly T&A reports- Monitor headcount and structures- Ensure correct mapping of unpaid leave and resolve system discrepancies between time-tracking systems and HR systems- Maintain working time models and shift structures- Process on-call (Pikett) and travel times- Handle adjustments and balance in system- Support HR Business Partners on topics and casesAbsence & Case Management- Accident Management- End-to-end handling of accident cases (Suva, medical daily allowances)- Reconcile discrepancies and ensure system accuracy- Long-term sickness insurance and medical and daily sickness benefits (KTG)- Invalidity Insurance (IV)- Manage IV cases, and decisions- Ensure tracking and system accuracyProfile- Commercial background or equivalent; HR certification (Personalsachbearbeiter / Zeitwirtschaft) is a plus- Solid experience in HR ideally within T&A and Absence Management- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law (ArG, OR) and social security (UVG, KTG, IV)- Experience with time-tracking systems- Familiarity with insurance (Suva)- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy- Structured, reliable, and solution-driven mindset- Experience working in international environments- German & English C1/C2 (both fluent); French: B2 jid19cfda3aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
