Position

Part of the HR Department, this role is varied and requires autonomy and ability to work with little supervision:

  • Manage the A-Z of the employee life cycle,
  • be the point of contact for the line managers and employees,
  • work closely with the HR Business Partners and support them in the implementation of the HR strategy
  • process optimisation

Profile:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position
  • French mother tongue, fluent English
  • Holder of a Certificate or Brevet in Human Resources
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Success factors a plus
  • Well organised, able to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Very customer focused, positive personality
