We are looking for,

An HR Manager at 60%

Your mission:

  • Ensure the complete management of the employee lifecycle
  • Prepare salaries and monitor social insurances
  • Declare and follow up on cases of illness and accidents
  • Develop institutional training plans
  • Ensure internal communication
  • Manage recruitment
  • Support managers in conducting interviews and evaluations
  • Establish and check year-end accounts
  • Monitor budget and indicators

Your profile:

  • Federal diploma as a human resources specialist or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of common IT tools, including advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAI-NET would be a plus
  • IT skills and adaptability to different tools and working methods
  • Writing, organisational and planning skills
