If, like us, you want to take action here and now in favor of the energy transition and believe that small everyday actions are just as important as big ones, then you may have your place among us, as: HR Manager (60%) Overview of your future tasks: Ensure all correspondence related to the employee lifecycle as well as salaries Participate in the establishment of the various monthly and/or annual statements for different social insurances Participate in the complete payroll process, from entering variable and/or fixed data to the payment of salaries Participate in the management of the employee experience by contributing to the management of requests, training courses, following up on performance reviews, and tracking internship and apprenticeship agreements, as well as managing trainees and interns, handling interview processes, and liaising with hierarchical managers, cantonal authorities, schools, and any other partners Keep personnel files up to date and ensure accurate HR data entry in the system X implement and maintain HR procedures and processes Your ideal profile: Vocational diploma in business administration (or deemed equivalent) HR Manager experience, team spirit, sense of organization, and respect for confidentiality Are you interested in this opportunity?
