We promote work-life balance and flexible working conditions.For more information, follow this:MissionsIn accordance with the objectives set by the Service de l'enseignement and the DFAC, the HR manager is responsible for all tasks related to the human resources of SEnOF:- Plan, organize, and manage the employee lifecycle (recruitment-follow-up-departure) at SEnOF- Coordinate procedures and staff development within the service- Plan, organize, and execute the budget procedure for personnel affairs and ensure follow-up- Serve as the interface with the SRess- Support and advise management on any human resources-related questions- Accompany staff in their work- Project management- Manage demanding correspondence, write reports- Make decisions in their area of activityDesired Profile- Bachelor's degree in business administration/management and additional HR qualifications at the CAS level- Proven professional experience in human resources- Strong human relationship skills- Very good analytical and synthesis skills- Project management skills- Autonomy and mastery of standard tools- Proficiency in French with good knowledge of GermanContact person details:Hugo Stern, Head of Service, T jid774f0d4aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
