About the role As an HR Manager, you will join a small team of two and play a key role in personnel management. The company is present in several cantons. Work environment Responsibilities Take charge of managing the lifecycle of amendments, files. Ensure rigorous tracking of absences, vacations, and social insurance (sick leave, accidents, etc.) actively participate in the monthly reporting of occasional trips to sites in German-speaking Switzerland. We are looking for Good knowledge of HR management. Good skills in French (oral and written). Advanced knowledge of German (minimum B2 level). Good knowledge of the Office Suite. Mastery of the Abacus software is a plus. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Select Line software.
