Our client is a well-known international organisation.
## Job Description ##
* Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland an internationally, from defining needs to offer management
* Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests
* Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
* Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration
* Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required
* Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Previous experience within a small to mid-sized company within an HR Manager role
* Ability to manage HR operations in Switzerland and oversee them in international organisations
* Strong sense of diplomacy and ability to handle key stakeholders within the organisation
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Fluency in English and French
* Immediately available for an interim role
