General of the Judicial Authorities HR Manager at the General of the Judicial Authorities The primary mission of the judicial authorities is to apply the law and render civil and criminal justice independently and impartially, with dignity, rigor, and diligence. They represent the third power (the judiciary) alongside the legislative power (Grand Council) and the executive power (General Council), where you play a central role in the judicial authorities. Its mission is to provide support and expertise to the governance bodies and carry out X missions of the authorities. Your mission consists, on the one hand, of ensuring the implementation of HR for the judicial authorities, and on the other hand, to support the Secretary General and the members of the commission (CAAJ) in all dimensions of resources in this framework, you lead or participate in projects and support institutional matters. You ensure consistency between entities, notably by developing directives and regulations; you are also responsible for exchanges with the human resources service to ensure coherence between the HR policy of and that of the judicial authorities. In parallel to the implementation and support of HR, you are responsible for recruitment and the development of judicial personnel. You ensure the deployment of the Health and Safety at Work concept across all sites, assist management in supervising their staff, and manage individual complex cases (case management). Integrated into a small team, where interdependence and versatility are essential, you provide support to the activities of other members of the general, particularly in handling tasks of the functional sector that complements an already established team of an HR manager. Holding a bachelor's or master's degree related to human resources and/or a federal HR certificate, you have at least five years of experience in a responsible position in this field. You navigate with ease in a demanding and sensitive context, characterized by numerous and varied issues, and can demonstrate calm and effective handling of confidential matters. You possess comprehensive skills and knowledge in all aspects of HR management, with particular expertise in team spirit and a strong sense of loyalty; you are also recognized for your commitment, great discretion, and ability to collaborate effectively, both within the team and with all stakeholders. Excellent command of French and usual tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite, is required. Knowledge of an ERP, particularly SAP, is advantageous. This position also requires you to have a clean criminal record and a record of proceedings.
