Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team starting in May, for a position proposed at 50% until the end of the year, with the possibility of evolving to a full-time role starting in January, depending on the internal needs. The client is a company in the HR & Monitoring sector (main activity). Responsibilities include overseeing the X system for consistency between timesheets and clients, managing working hours with project teams, providing general HR support, and occasional recruitment support (sorting and pre-selection for recruitment processes for technical profiles such as software development, testing, and management interviews with managers). The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in HR, or in a service/consulting company environment (billing consultants model) is appreciated. Attention to detail, rigor, and HR experience are a plus. Comfort with internal tools and systems is necessary, as well as the ability to navigate in a dynamic environment, collaborating with technical teams.
