YOUR PROFILE: Degree in human resources or equivalent; Confirmed experience in a generalist HR role; Excellent mastery of personnel management, payroll, and social insurance; Previous experience in the construction sector is an advantage; Autonomous, organized, discreet, and solutions-oriented individual; Ability to manage several topics simultaneously and prioritize; Ease and ability to handle sensitive matters; Sense of service, teamwork spirit, and internal partner approach; Very good analytical and written skills; Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; Knowledge of German is an advantage.MISSION: In collaboration with your HR manager, you will act as [position] and take charge of all HR processes for Ray SA and Rocpan. Personnel management: Handling of entries, exits, amendments, and HR documents; Management and archiving of HR files; Ordering business cards, managing badges, and access to job sites (Workcontrol, etc.); Management of absences and control of hours; Handling of various tasks related to service, insurance & legal matters; Management of salaries and distribution of payslips; Tracking of salaries and various situations (unemployment, disability, etc.); Registrations for social insurance (AVS, LPP, LAA, APG, AC, IPG); Processing of family insurance; Management of withholding tax. Support for managers in dealing with sensitive issues (long-term absences, conflicts, performance, disciplinary actions); Responses to HR inquiries related to recruitment (advertisements, screening of preliminary interviews); Tracking of temporary staff, hours, invoices; Follow-up of apprentices, internships, and school documents; Continuous HR development & improvement of HR processes; Contribution to HR projects and monitoring of internal and external HR events.
