## Job Description ##
* Ensure the establishment and monitoring of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.
* Support management in designing an organization fit for purpose.
* Promote employee engagement and the development of company culture.
* Attract talent and lead the recruitment process.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Implement and drive performance management, appraisal, and reward processes.
* Identify training needs and develop training and career development plans.
* Coordinate payroll with the fiduciary and maintain employee records in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
* Participate in month-end closing activities and budgeting processes in coordination with the finance team.
* Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Knowledge of Swiss labor regulations and high integrity.
* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager.
* Mastery of HR processes: talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
* Change management skills and business acumen.
* Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
