We are looking for a trilingual HR Generalist to join a growing team. HR Generalist - French - English - German

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to transversal initiatives that shape our people strategy. You will be part of a collaborative and agile environment where your ideas and proactivity are valued.

Missions

HR Administration & Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, contract management, offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies.

Employee Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries (leave, benefits, policies).
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR events.

Transversal HR Projects

  • Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of HR tools and systems.
  • Participate in projects related to talent development, performance management, and well-being.

Profil du candidat

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in transversal HR topics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French, English, and German (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS tools.
