Our client, a small to medium-sized enterprise in Geneva, is looking for a versatile and proactive individual to fill a position that combines general HR responsibilities and executive assistance. This role will place you at the heart of the company's activities and allow you to contribute directly to its development. Generalist HR and Executive Assistant Our client is a Geneva-based SME. Responsibilities Generalist HR (about 70%) Manage the complete lifecycle of recruitment, onboarding, follow-up, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies. Coordinate payroll in connection with external parties. Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions. Participate in cross-functional HR projects that promote engagement and company culture (about 30%) Provide high-level support to the Director. Organize meetings, prepare documents, and manage schedules. Coordinate internal and external communications. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Profile Experienced in generalist HR and knowledgeable about Swiss labor law. Excellent organizational skills with a sense of confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple priorities, adaptable and proactive.
