Attached to the operational HR department, you provide administrative support to management:
- Managing telephone calls and diaries
- Organising meetings and coordinating appointments
- Drafting letters, notes and minutes (meeting reports)
- Administrative follow-up of files and projects
- Updating tracking tables and preparing presentations
- Filing and archiving documents
- Daily support to management and the HR team

- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
- Very good command of MS Office tools
- Organisational skills, rigour and priority management
- Discretion, professionalism and sense of confidentiality
- Residence in Switzerland
