Attached to the operational HR department, you provide administrative support to management:

  • Managing telephone calls and diaries
  • Organising meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Drafting letters, notes and minutes (meeting reports)
  • Administrative follow-up of files and projects
  • Updating tracking tables and preparing presentations
  • Filing and archiving documents
  • Daily support to management and the HR team

?? Your profile

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • Very good command of MS Office tools
  • Organisational skills, rigour and priority management
  • Discretion, professionalism and sense of confidentiality
  • Residence in Switzerland
