Your mission As part of an HR department, this position is a key role within the Human Resources Directorate. As the right-hand person to the HR Director, you enhance the effectiveness of the department by providing high-level executive support, fluidity on cross-cutting issues, and rigor on decision-making files. HR Assistant - primary responsibilities - Govern and monitor the HR roadmap and department priorities - Consolidate actions, milestones, risks, and points related to cross-cutting projects - Prepare summaries, PowerPoint presentations, or structured and relevant decision-making support to enable effective and quick arbitrations (analyses, options, impacts) - Present decision options concisely, outlining impacts and associated implementation methods - Monitor the execution of decisions and ensure their implementation - Ensure the quality, clarity, and robustness of files submitted to the Director and governance bodies - Ensure coherence of content shared by different areas and align them with the department's standards - Executive support and assistance to management - Proactively manage the HR Director's agenda, emails, and priorities - Anticipate and prioritize the HR Director's needs - Organize and coordinate meetings (logistics, materials) and ensure follow-up until actions are closed - Draft quality reports, notes, and support materials - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with discretion and professionalism - Coordinate the flow between the HR department, other departments, and external partners - Contribute to the update and quality of HR documents for personnel and recruitment - Establish working contracts and amendments, and support payroll processes (absences, variable elements, and confirm recruitments led by the HR Director) - Ensure a professional, clear, and caring communication with involved parties and guarantee the follow-up of recruitment processes - Ensure compliance with HR and legal regulations - HR projects, continuous improvement, and CSR - Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes/tools - Ensure regulatory monitoring (labor law, health, safety) - Contribute to internal HR events or those intended for the entire structure as well as CSR initiatives - Internal and external interface - Be a reliable contact point for management and executives according to the HR Director's needs and guarantee a professional and structured relay in all internal and external interactions - Facilitate exchanges between the HR department, other departments, and stakeholders - Manage relationships with external partners (consultants, insurance, specialists).
