## Job Description ##
HR Administration
* Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with internal guidelines.
* Maintain HR databases and ensure information is updated and aligned across systems.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
* Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
* Prepare onboarding materials and support the integration of new employees.
* Coordinate temporary staff and external consultants when needed.
Employee Support
* Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions (leave, benefits, documentation).
* Coordinate training sessions, HR meetings, and internal communications.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
HR Processes & Reporting
* Prepare standard HR reports and dashboards (absences, headcount, contract status).
* Track probation periods, contract renewals, and key deadlines.
* Support process improvement initiatives within HR.
## The Successful Applicant ##
Experience & Education
* 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
* Experience in an international, multicultural or nonprofit environment is a strong asset.
Skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
* High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Languages
* **English: fluent**
* **French: fluent**
(Any additional language is an advantage.)
Technical Skills
* Solid command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word).
* Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
