To strengthen this rapidly growing activity, which currently has nearly 160 employees, we are looking for an experienced person to fill the position of: HR Business Partner
You will join the HR team of Energie 360° and be responsible for the Mobility business area. In direct contact with operational teams, you will be part of the Mobility Leadership Team and actively contribute to its development. You will work in Fribourg, Lausanne, and Zurich-Altstetten.
? What you will accomplish
- You support the Mobility business area as a strategic partner to its management team.
- You manage recruitment (in French and German) with a forward-looking vision and contribute to the strategic development of our recruitment approach.
- You improve the experience of candidates as well as employees throughout their lifecycle.
- You confidently advise and coach managers in demanding situations, whether related to performance management, complex issues, or labour law.
- You quickly identify bottlenecks within teams or the organisation and implement concrete measures.
- You develop clear job profiles and sustainable team structures with managers.
- You bring structure to performance and feedback processes in a pragmatic way without administrative burden.
- You support managers in identifying and developing talent, succession planning, and personnel decisions.
- You actively support transformation, growth, and organisational development projects in collaboration with the Business Development & Strategy team.
- Through your daily commitment, you truly embody our corporate culture, far beyond the stated values.
- Excellent command of French and German (negotiation level, ideally bilingual).
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner/People Business Partner in a dynamic environment (e.g., a start-up, a technology company, or an industrial company).
- Solid experience in recruitment through various channels;
- Proven expertise in transformation processes;
- Excellent advisory skills, strong negotiation ability, and a confident presence with managers.
- A pragmatic (hands-on) mindset, with a desire to get things done and take on responsibility.
- Availability for regular travel.
