The Réseau de Santé Balcon du Jura (RSBJ) is constantly evolving. It includes a hospital, a nursing home, medical practices, assisted living apartments, a temporary reception center, and has approximately 330 employees.To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an HR Partner between 50% and 70%.Your main responsibilities:- Advise and support department managers in the management of HR processes for their teams- Support managers in the recruitment process (defining needs, drafting advertisements, selection, and follow-up of candidates)- Prepare salary proposals for new hires in compliance with current rules- Manage cases of absences and return to work (case management)- Support managers in the monitoring and management of absences in collaboration with SANTY and the various partners in the insurance field- Ensure the management of apprentices for the entire RSBJ (hiring, HR follow-up, liaison with schools, etc.) and organize actions and events related to apprenticeship- Assume the role of contact person for the time management program (access management, updating and monitoring of schedules, and support for users)- Participate actively in HR projects as well as in the optimization of HR processesRequired profile:- Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist or equivalent title- Confirmed experience in a similar position in Switzerland, ideally in the health sector- In-depth knowledge of Swiss legal aspects related to HR management- Good knowledge of the Vaudois health system- Knowledge of Polypoint Pep- Excellent listening, analytical, and flexibility skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment- Ease and ability to work in a teamWe offer:- A stimulating and caring work environment in a rapidly expanding sector- A pleasant atmosphere and working conditions within a human-scale structure- Parking and easy access, proximity to the train station- The possibility of benefiting from discounts at more than 150 brands- A salary and social benefits according to the Collective Labor Agreement in the Vaudois parapublic health sector (FHV scales).Start date: July 1st or by arrangementApplication deadline: May 15th jidf624104aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
