As a HR Business Partner, you support the Manufacturing and R&D teams at three locations in France, Switzerland, and Germany. You act as X managers to lead HR issues, support performance, and partner with the Business Partner. Our client is a recognized group operating in a dynamic and innovative environment, with a strong industrial culture that values excellence and talent development.Missions:- Support managers in the Manufacturing and R&D functions on all HR topics: team development, performance management, and change management.- Deploy HR in alignment with business challenges at the three locations (France, Switzerland, Germany).- Advise and support managers in managing social and individual issues.- Lead key HR processes: talent review, succession plans, performance management, and employee engagement and experience policies.- Manage transverse HR projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and collaborate with local HR teams.- Actively participate in industrial and R&D projects.Profile:- Higher education in Human Resources, labor law, or equivalent.- Experience as a HR Business Partner in an industrial and/or R&D environment.- Strong understanding of Manufacturing issues in a multi-site context.- Ability to influence, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a skills and stakeholder management environment.- Fluent in French and English required (German appreciated).Conditions and Benefits:- A stimulating environment at the intersection of industry and innovation. jidc2ea9ccaen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
