About the Role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our growing HR team at Takeda Neuchâtel. This HR Business Partner position has been created to support the continued growth and acceleration of activities at one of Takeda’s most critical and strategic sites.

How You Will Contribute
Reporting to the HR Site Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and supporting business success through the following:
• Provide expert HR partnership in employee relations, talent management, and compliance with Swiss labor law, collaborating with leaders to strengthen organizational capability, structure, and culture.
• Offer strategic HR advice aligned with Takeda’s Culture and Values, ensuring adherence to all local regulations and partnering with Talent Acquisition to secure timely and equitable hiring.
• Coach and develop leaders, driving talent reviews, succession planning, and performance enhancement through data-driven insights and actionable metrics.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits to shape local rewards strategies, promote diversity and inclusion, and contribute to global and regional HR initiatives at the site level.
• Ensure HR compliance and risk management, maintaining effective relationships with Swiss SECO and local authorities, and leading HR projects focused on digitalization and simplification.
• Collaborate across global and regional HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver best-practice HR solutions that foster engagement and business performance.

What You Bring to Takeda
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 10+ years of HR experience.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical industry knowledge strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in Swiss Labor Law and its application in an operational setting.
• Proficiency in business scorecards, analytics, and tools (e.g., Power BI), with a passion for digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset and a track record of implementing programs that improve business and people outcomes.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
