Within a team of HR Business Partners covering the various regions of Switzerland, you will manage a scope with strong on-the-ground proximity. This role involves regular presence at sites, with managers and employees to effectively support local HR challenges.
HR Business Partner (M/F/X)

Responsibilities
- Ensure regular presence on the different sites in your region to understand the operational realities on the ground.
- Develop a close relationship with managers and employees through frequent on-site interactions.
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to leaders, advising them on organisational and human challenges.
- Deploy HR policies and processes while ensuring their consistent application.
- Advise and coach managers on leadership, talent development, performance management and change support.
- Lead recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a quality candidate experience.
- Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of practices.
- Work closely with other HR Business Partners to ensure a harmonised approach at the national level.
- Promote the use of digital HR tools and support their adoption.
- Ensure compliance with legal provisions and internal policies.
Candidate Profile
- Federal diploma in human resources or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a structured organisation.
- Availability for frequent travel within the region and occasionally across Switzerland.
- Experience in a multi-site or matrix environment.
- Good command of digital tools and HR information systems.
- Good level of German (minimum B2).
- Excellent advisory skills, ability to influence and build trustful relationships.
- Dynamic, positive, autonomous and solution-oriented personality.
- Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
