The company Distico is the logistics center for the brands and Flik Flak within the Group. We distribute one of the most popular brands in the world, a leader in the watchmaking industry. To complement our team in Bienne and occasionally travel to Sion (VS), we are currently seeking a HR BUSINESS PARTNER DISTICO 100% (M/F). In direct contact with the Head of Logistics, the Site Manager, and the Head of HR, you are responsible for all HR issues for the Bienne site. Responsibilities:- Personnel management / Recruitment in close collaboration with the Site Manager for all HR-related issues concerning employees at the site.- Recruitment process: job descriptions, personnel requests, job advertisements, sourcing with recruitment agencies, screening and selection of job interviews, reference checking, management of responses.- Monitoring employee development: probation periods, personnel progression, and oversight of employee development measures.- Conflict management and resolution: participating in meetings with the Site Manager and Deputies, taking measures, and managing communication between the Site Manager and Head of HR regarding HR-related issues.- Ensuring compliance with regulations/guidelines and labor laws/collective agreements.- Management of working hours and personnel management: overseeing working hours, reporting, managing exits, establishing working schedules, addressing insurance issues, warnings, and maintaining regular and rigorous communication with the Payroll Manager regarding all work permit establishments, changes in new entries, exits, or entries.- Absence management: handling sickness, vacations, and others with Payroll Manager for accidents and long-term illnesses.- Time tracking and controlling personnel data: new entries and monitoring of work schedules.- Control of monthly reports, monitoring and correction of timekeeping data, various exports in the system.Experience:- A minimum of 3-5 years in HR in the Logistics or Production sector.- Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law.- Rigorous, precise, and detail-oriented.- Ability to demonstrate discretion and firmness when necessary.- Independent, accustomed to working autonomously, making decisions, managing, and resolving issues.Professional qualifications in Human Resources (Federal Certificate or equivalent).Languages:- French language as well as good knowledge of English.
