Your Responsibilities





  • Proactively design and implement innovative HR strategies, driving continuous improvement across HR processes.




  • Manage the implementation of all HR processes and handle related administrative tasks.




  • Act as the key point of contact for company leadership on all HR-related topics.




  • Ensure corporate and personnel policies are up to date and in compliance with legal standards.




  • Foster a strong and sustainable corporate culture by developing and promoting employee engagement initiatives.




  • Support the professional and personal development of employees and management alike.




  • Facilitate change processes and contribute to the organization’s ongoing development.




Your Profile





  • You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.




  • You bring several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role.




  • You have solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR methodologies.




  • You’re experienced in organizational development and navigating change processes.




  • You have excellent communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a confident presence.




  • You’re well-organized, able to maintain perspective in dynamic environments, and capable of working independently and proactively.




  • You are fluent in German, English, and Italian.
