Your mission

  • Personnel administration
  • Manage the employee lifecycle (entries, exits, welcome, integration)
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of temporary employees
  • Handle administrative files (family allowances, work permits and other HR requests)
  • Ensure the updating of HR files and archives

Time management & support

  • Administer the time management system (entry, corrections and checks)
  • Answer employees' questions regarding working hours
  • Monitor absences (illness, accident, leave and others)

Training

  • Update and manage the training catalogue
  • Organise training logistics (registrations, planning, logistics and administrative follow-up)

Other activities

  • Participate with the team in various HR projects as well as in HR process improvement actions (digitalisation, updating procedures)
  • Organise internal events: anniversaries, team activities, company parties, etc.
  • Contribute to internal communication (invitations, HR information, announcements)
  • Perform various administrative tasks according to the needs of the department

Your profile

  • Commercial employee CFC, supplemented by training in human resources
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good command of IT tools, especially Excel (knowledge of an ERP is an asset)
  • Knowledge of HR tools, especially in time management
  • Excellent organisational skills, sense of priorities and rigour
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and service orientation
