HR Assistant 80%

In this very versatile role, you support the head of HR administration in the management of administrative processes and actively collaborate with 2 HR assistants and the HR Business Partners. As a point of contact for employees, you inform and assist them in the administrative management of their files. You contribute to the teamwork to ensure an efficient organisation and the smooth running of the HR department.

• Management of salaries and social insurances
• Management of employee attendance and absences as well as access control
• Management of personnel files, both digital and physical
• Advice and support for employees
• Compliance with legal obligations and creation of reports for managers
• Coordination of the employee lifecycle with the HRBPs

• Commercial apprenticeship (CFC), supplemented by a "HR Manager with HRSE certificate" qualification
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience, ideally in an industrial environment with shift work
• Federal diploma as HR specialist or social insurance specialist is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR administrative processes
• Native German speaker or C2 level, with very good knowledge of French
• Proficiency in M365, advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP HCM
• Team spirit with an independent and precise working method
