HR Assistant (M/F) 100%



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quick, efficient and pleasant first point of contact for all personnel management requests.
  • Ensures liaison with various social insurances: health, accident, APG, AI. Declaration and follow-up of cases, monitoring of daily allowance statements.
  • Management of family allowances.
  • Prepares monthly salary variables.
  • Maintains personnel files. Updates the database.
  • Manages time tracking, clock-ins, absences, holidays and supporting documents.
  • Management of jubilees, posting communications, scanning and archiving various documents.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Commercial Federal VET Diploma, HR Assistant Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative HR role.
  • Fluent French (writing and spelling assured), good knowledge of English.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactor and Mobatime are major assets.
