* Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management, data entry, and scheduling
* Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
* Support payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor regulations and internal policies
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role
* Familiarity with Swiss labor law and HR best practices
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Discretion, reliability, and a proactive attitude
* Fluency in French and excellent command of English needed
