For one of our clients, based in Fribourg, we are offering a position as:HR and Payroll SpecialistActivity rate 70% - 100%MISSION DESCRIPTION- Complete management of the payroll process (salaries, social security contributions, withholding tax)- Role of point of contact for social insurance and sharing of best practices- Control and analysis of salary data (reporting, annual closings, salary lists)- Guarantee of compliance with legal requirements and internal policies- Updating of documents and processes in line with HRIS evolution and contribution to HR projects- Continuous improvement of processes- Support for employees on HR topics (questions, procedures, etc.)- Close collaboration with the HR team and backup role to ensure continuity of activitiesPROFILE- Higher education in economics, management, or equivalent field- Federal diploma in social insurance (obtained or in progress) or equivalent experience- Confirmed experience in payroll management and participation in HR projects- Proficiency in MS Office tools, experience with ERP (such as Abacus) as well as HR / absence management systems- Excellent command of French and English, good knowledge of German- Sense of rigor and discretion- Good team spirit and ability to communicate effectively jid1f2485aaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
