For one of our clients, based in Fribourg, we are offering a position as:HR and Payroll SpecialistActivity rate 70% - 100%MISSION DESCRIPTION- Complete management of the payroll process (salaries, social security contributions, withholding tax)- Point of contact for social insurance and sharing of best practices- Production, control, and analysis of payroll data (reporting, annual closings, salary lists)- Guarantee of compliance with legal requirements and internal policies- Drafting and updating of HR documents and processes- Participation in the evolution of the HRIS and contribution to HR projects / continuous improvement- Support to employees on HR topics (questions, procedures, advice)- Close collaboration with the HR team and backup role to ensure business continuityPROFILE- Higher education in economics, management, or equivalent field- Federal diploma in social insurance (obtained or in progress) or equivalent experience- Confirmed experience in payroll management and participation in HR projects- Proficiency in MS Office tools, experience with ERP (such as Abacus) as well as HR / absence management systems- Excellent command of French and English, good knowledge of German- Sense of rigor and discretion- Good team spirit and ability to communicate effectively jid6f4ff1aaen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
