For one of our prestigious clients, a watchmaking company, we are looking for a long-term temporary position for a 100% HR Analyst whose main tasks will be to support the benefits and mobility HR service 100% (H/F).Your missions:Mobility: Support transfers and follow procedures for employees and their families (visa, permits, relocation, etc.), as well as collaborate with external partners.Reporting: Collect and interpret data for HR processes, update tracking files, and dashboards.HR analytics: Support data governance (quality, updates, and benefits analysis, implementation, and research).Required profile:Degree in HR, management, finance, economics.Minimum of 2 years of experience with exposure to mobility and benefits or an analytical HR environment.Fluent in French and proficient in written and spoken English (C1 level).Comfortable with numbers, analyzing data, and making sense of it.Knowledge of an HRIS/ERP is a plus.Teamwork ability.Detail-oriented, rigorous, and a sense of discretion. jide0a6b40aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
