Our objective is twofold: to strengthen employability and to support integration into the labor market.Are you a graduate in the field of human resources, work psychology, or social work?Do you have confirmed experience in the field of human resources and/or professional reintegration?Do you possess solid knowledge of the labor market, social insurance, as well as interview and group facilitation techniques?Are you proficient in standard tools (Word, Excel) and demonstrate excellent writing skills?Are you autonomous, adaptable, and endowed with a strong team spirit, and do you demonstrate a real capacity for listening and an excellent sense of organization?Are you recognized for your skills in support/coaching?DEMARCHE is looking for its site based in Geneva for an:HR Advisor, 70%, Permanent ContractYour missionsAs an HR Advisor, your role consists of coaching and following a group of people in an integration measure according to the requirements of the subsidizing authorities, and with the goal of promoting their professional reintegration.
