## HR Advisor ##




For a **fixed-term** contract with a **100%** workload.


**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**


* Manage HR administration for the employee lifecycle and advise on internal policies and regulations.
* Oversee new hires, departures and internal transfers, updating personnel files.
* Perform HR administrative tasks (certificates, AVS, work permits, attestations, etc.).
* Contribute to the recruitment of junior and temporary staff (advertisements, interviews, coordination).
* Update and ensure the reliability of HR databases (Workday) and correct anomalies.
* Maintain and update HR procedures and processes.
* Participate in improvement and digitalisation projects and cross-functional HR initiatives.
* Collaborate on a daily basis with HR Business Partners and other HR advisers.





**PROFIL ATTENDU**


* Bachelor's degree or HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, especially Swiss employment law.
* 5 to 10 years in HR, similar role.
* Hands-on HR administration and coordination, experience with large teams/workloads.
* Excellent communicator, team player, pragmatic, solution-oriented.
* Able to prioritize and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
* Computer literate; Workday experience a plus.
* Native French, fluent English (spoken & written).
