Job Description

As an HR Administration Assistant, you play a key role within the team as the main point of contact for temporary employees and candidates.

The role involves providing a professional welcome to temporary employees and candidates, as well as their orientation and administrative follow-up throughout their journey. It includes rigorous management of administrative files, from their creation to their updating and archiving, in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
The person is also responsible for handling procedures related to work and residence permits, with precise monitoring of deadlines and coordination with authorities. They ensure affiliations and declarations with social organisations (AVS, LPP, insurances, family allowances, etc.) and guarantee the compliance of documents.

The role also involves preparing and verifying various HR documents, as well as strict control of the validity of the documents provided. Finally, it includes updating data in internal systems, reporting anomalies and responding to employee requests promptly, working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of administrative quality.

Profile sought

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and proactive individual, with an excellent sense of welcome. You have a solid operational experience in the hospitality-catering sector, complemented by a successful initial experience in HR administration.
