We are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, an HR Assistant - Payroll Specialist (M/F) Your mission: Contract management: Drafting and establishing employment contracts, amendments, and payroll: complete processing of salaries using the Crésus software (monthly and hourly salaries / Cantons of Geneva, Vaud, and Basel) - various HR tasks: Management of family files and monitoring of absences. Permit management: Handling of work permit applications and renewals. Taxation: Management and processing of taxes. Required technical skills: Proven mastery of payroll software (Crésus) and knowledge of cantonal specifics (GE/VD/BS). Solid foundations in Swiss labor law and insurance. Profile: Holder of an assistant in personnel management (or an equivalent title). Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
