For one of our clients based in Geneva, we offer a position for HR & Accounting Assistant. Activity rate 70% - 80%. MISSION DESCRIPTION You will be in charge of the management and financial oversight of the structure, with a central role in the smooth operation. Main responsibilities: • Complete management of human resources • Management of salaries and social charges (approximately 30) • Monitoring and management of liquidity accounts • Maintenance of general accounting up to closing • Management of the service • Monitoring and management of the insurance portfolio PROFILE We are looking for a person who is autonomous, rigorous, and involved, capable of reliably managing multiple responsibilities with discretion. • Solid understanding of accounting principles • Proven experience in a similar role (HR and/or versatile) • Excellent proficiency in tools (Word, Excel – Office Manager and Winprogitel a plus) • Perfect mastery of written and spoken French; good foundations in English appreciated • Sense of reliability and ability to work independently • Stable personality, committed, with a strong sense of responsibility jid04c5fefaen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
