To strengthen our teams for occasional assignments or permanent placements in the Canton of Vaud (La Côte, Lausanne and surroundings, La Riviera), we are looking for:

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure a clean, welcoming and safe living environment for residents
• Maintain premises, furniture and manage laundry according to current hygiene standards
• Participate in setting up, serving meals and welcoming in the dining room
• Guarantee a warm, respectful service adapted to the needs of elderly people
• Provide occasional support to the kitchen and collaborate interdisciplinarily with care or hospitality teams
• Carry out certain administrative tasks such as managing the internal cash register

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Housekeeping Manager or equivalent hospitality training
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the medico-social sector, hospitals or hospitality
• Strong service orientation, good listening skills, empathy and a caring attitude
• Organisation, autonomy, team spirit and respect for professional confidentiality
• Good command of French (spoken and written)
• Driving licence and own vehicle is a plus
