La Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site (adult), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and psychic integrity during their process of life. To complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for our protected apartments Entour Âge:Housekeeper (all genders) in permanent contract at 60% - Entour ÂgeWhatever their function, Saphir professionals have a common will, that of accompanying people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional reality of like at home. That is to say, to keep their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the residents.You contribute to the well-being of our residents by guaranteeing a welcoming, clean and safe environment. As part of your function, you provide table service to residents as well as setting up and tidying the dining room. You participate in dishwashing work and various maintenance tasks related to the service. Through your daily presence, you develop a relationship of proximity with the residents by showing listening, benevolence and responsiveness to their needs, thus contributing to their comfort and quality of life.The position is offered according to a schedule from 10:15 am to 3:14 pm, spread over 5 days per week, including one weekend out of two.BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS- You have a pronounced sense of hospitality and service.- You have recognized experience with the elderly.- One of your primary qualities is team spirit, questioning and the ability to communicate are part of your strengths.- You have an adaptability and your interventions are oriented towards the well-being of the resident.- Mastery of French (oral and written) and current knowledge of computer tools are assets for this position.WE OFFER- The possibility of working in an environment rich in diversity.- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects.- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement of the Vaud parapublic health sector).
