Housekeeper – High-end private residence – NyonAs part of the management of a high-end private residence based in Nyon, we are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to ensure the smooth daily operation of the residence as well as the maintenance of high standards of quality and discretion in a demanding environment. We are looking for a person with an excellent sense of detail, strong capacity, and a discreet, proactive, and service-oriented approach.Main responsibilitiesResidence management- Ensure the permanent maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, order, and of private and common spaces- Participate in the smooth daily operation of the residence- Ensure the proper upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets, guest areas, and common areas- Ensure the monitoring of stocks and consumables (linen, welcome products, cleaning products, amenities, etc.)- Regularly check the proper functioning of household equipment and ensure the follow-up of necessary interventions- Participate in the maintenance of terraces, outdoor spaces, and reception areas according to the seasons- Maintain a constant focus on details and the quality of spacesLaundry & linen care- Ensure laundry, ironing, pressing, and linen care activities- Guarantee the appropriate care of clothing and valuable items- Ensure the methodical organization of walk-in closets and linen- Manage relationships with dry cleaners and specialists as needed- Maintain and manage the stocks of the laundry departmentDaily operation & service- Contribute to the smooth operation of the property and ensure fluid communication with the various stakeholders- Participate in welcoming guests, suppliers, and others with professionalism- Anticipate the needs of the family and adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment- Respect at all times the high requirements of confidentiality and discretion linked to a private environmentProfile sought- Confirmed experience of several years in a similar position within a high-end private residence or a UHNW environment- Excellent command of French and English- Great availability for regular travel in Switzerland and abroad- Acute sense of detail and high quality standards- Excellent organizational and planning skills- Ability to work autonomously with rigor and professionalism- Experience in the management of laundry, walk-in closets, and high-end household standards- Good communication skills and solution-oriented approach- Neat presentation and excellent sense of service- Flexible and capable of evolving in a demanding environmentWe offer- A stable and professional work environment- A varied and empowering position- A confidential and high-end work setting- A position within a human-sized structure jidba5a222aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
