What you will achieve

• Preparation of pizzas, focaccia and other specialties
• Organisation of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Receipt, inspection and storage of goods orders
• Support of the head chef in maintaining quality and safety standards

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Completed training as a cook or pizzaiolo
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience as a pizzaiolo
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes in the kitchen
• You are a service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
• You are a host through and through
• You have a quick grasp, are a team player and used to working independently
• You have good manners as well as a neat appearance
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
