We are looking for an experienced Hotel Housekeeper to join our team in Villars-sur-Ollon.

This full-time position involves supervising the cleaning and maintenance activities of the rooms as well as the common areas, while ensuring compliance with the establishment's quality standards.

? Main Responsibilities

✅ Supervise and coordinate the work of the cleaning teams

✅ Check the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas

✅ Participate in the recruitment and integration of staff

✅ Manage staff schedules

✅ Train and support the chambermaids

✅ Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

✅ Work closely with reception and other hotel departments

? Profile Sought

✔️ Proven experience in hospitality, ideally as a housekeeper

✔️ Keen attention to detail and organisational skills

✔️ Ability to supervise and motivate a team

✔️ Excellent stress and priority management

✔️ Proficiency in French (any other language is an asset)

✔️ Good knowledge of hygiene standards and hotel quality standards
