Design Hôtel F6, a 3-star hotel with 40 rooms, offers contemporary and warm accommodation a stone's throw from the Jet d'Eau, Lake Geneva, and the train station. Thanks to its privileged location in a quiet street, our establishment welcomes a demanding clientele to whom we wish to offer a personalized and professional experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Versatile Hotel Employee at 100%, capable of evolving with ease between reception, breakfast service, and housekeeping.MissionsWithin a dynamic team, you actively participate in the smooth running of the hotel by intervening in several areas:Reception- Warmly welcome our clientele and ensure check-ins and check-outs.- Provide personalized service and tourist information about Geneva.- Respond to customer requests with professionalism.- Ensure billing and payment collection.- Guarantee the establishment's quality standards and contribute to the satisfaction of our clientele.Breakfast Service- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet.- Ensure the replenishment and presentation of products.- Welcome guests to the breakfast area.- Guarantee the cleanliness of the spaces and compliance with hygiene standards.Housekeeping- Participate in the cleaning and preparation of rooms and common areas according to the establishment's quality standards.- Ensure the comfort of our guests by guaranteeing impeccable rooms.- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure excellent service quality.ScheduleThe position requires great flexibility and is carried out according to a rotating schedule, on weekdays as well as weekends:- 06:30 – 15:00- 06:45 – 15:15- 08:00 – 17:00- 15:00 – 23:22Your profileYou enjoy contact with customers as much as manual work. You are recognized for your sense of service, your dynamism, and you possess in particular:- Excellent presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.- A first successful experience in hotel reception (an establishment of similar size is an asset).- Experience or interest in housekeeping and breakfast service activities.- An excellent sense of organization and detail.- A taste for teamwork.- Perfect discretion and respect for confidentiality.- Excellent command of French and English.
