Within this dynamic, we regularly recruit ambitious and passionate talent capable of upholding our values of commitment, cohesion, respect, and exceeding expectations.As part of its development, the Hôtel Beaulac is looking for a:SALES MANAGER HOSPITALITY – 100%Proven experience in the hotel sector required.Possibility of accommodation during the trial period.In charge of the commercial development of the hotel group, including the three establishments: Hôtel Beaulac in Neuchâtel, Ibis Hotel in Thielle, and Design Hotel F6 in Geneva.Under the responsibility of general management, you will be required to:- Develop the turnover of the three hotels via an ambitious and targeted commercial strategy.- Design and implement a local and international commercial action plan by adapting offers to different customer segments (leisure, groups, etc.).- Identify and conquer new high-potential markets, in Switzerland and abroad, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.- Negotiate and conclude contracts with agencies, companies, and event organizers, in Switzerland and abroad.- Develop the existing client portfolio through personalized follow-up and quality relationship management.- Ensure competitive monitoring and analyze local and international hotel market trends.- Participate in the definition of commercial offers, packages, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with management.- Represent the hotel group at trade fairs, workshops, and professional events in Switzerland and abroad.- Produce precise reports on commercial performance and propose areas for improvement to meet and exceed objectives.Required skills:- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a commercial role in hospitality or tourism, ideally in a multi-establishment group.- Mastery of B2B and B2C sales techniques (prospecting, closing, negotiation).- Good knowledge of hotel distribution channels (OTA, agencies, MICE, etc.).- Proficiency with CRM tools and hotel business software (PMS, Channel Manager, etc.).- Excellent written and oral command of French, English, and German.- Ability to build and deploy a commercial strategy adapted to different types of establishments (4* and 3*).Personal qualities:- Conquering spirit, results-oriented, and sharp sense of service.- Assertive commercial posture and rigor and method in the management of actions.- Charisma and ease with high-level interlocutors and internal teams.- Mental agility and adaptability to diverse cultures, markets, and customer profiles.- Resilience in the face of challenges and ability to stay the course in an entrepreneurial environment.- Proactive and driving force.- Taste for the field and appetite for travel.- Sense of exemplarity and pride in being an ambassador for the group.Join us!Are you a passionate, trilingual, and results-oriented sales professional?
